Upgrades For the Bathroom:

• replace toilets, faucets, shower heads, towel bars, robe hooks and dispensers;

• replace sliding shower doors with shower rod curtain; install grab bars

• install/replace bathroom fan

• replace light fixtures, switches and plugs; replace incandescent/halogen recessed lighting with LED's

• keep cabinets, but replace doors, drawer boxes, hinges and hardware

• paint cabinets and new doors; repaint walls

• install efficient space saving organizers                                                                                       

Upgrades For the Kitchen:

Block of Time Scheduling: If you have multiple smaller Update & Upgrade projects, they are most economically handled by scheduling block(s) of time on one day or consecutive days. Advance scheduling of a 4 hour or 8 hour block of time saves 10% on labor costs!
